You asked for it, so we delivered. Ohalo now supports General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) personal data risk screening/scanning of all Google Drive accounts simultaneously across your organization. What this means is that as a G Suite administrator, you will be about to view whether or not your employees are storing personal data that falls under GDPR, putting your company at risk.

Ohalo’s GDPR data scanning tool was released for individual Google Drive accounts about a month ago. Since then we have had dozens of users sign up to use the tool. However, some of our users came from very large organizations that found it cumbersome to sign up for multiple accounts. That is why we decided to empower our customers with Data X-Ray GSuite edition. Now with a single click, a GSuite administrator can scan all of their employee Google Drive accounts for end user personal data that might be stored without the knowledge of the employee, user, or administrator. The end result? You can be aware of where your risk lies and can show regulators and auditors that you are on top of your GDPR compliance requirements.

To sign up, just click here. As with this feature release, we are always eager for feedback on new features that our current or prospective customers might want. Feel free to contact us via our main contact page.

About Ohalo

Ohalo builds tools to automate data governance. The Data X-Ray scans for sensitive data on a regular basis so that you are always up to date with where your sensitive data is. Simply sign up here. Once you have established a baseline of where your most sensitive data is, you can track where that data is going with the Data Protection Router in order to assist your clients in Data Subject requests like access, rectification, erasure, and breach notification.
